Some Cogs can only be found inside buildings. If you get a ToonTask asking you to defeat a Loan Shark, a Legal Eagle, or some other Cog you’ve never seen before, try going into a Cog building - you just might find them there.

Toon Tip:
The taller the building, the more likely you are to find a building-only Cog.

The higher up you go in a Cog building, the more skill points you earn for each gag you use because the skill credit is multiplied on higher floors. See page 16 for more information on building multipliers.

The Toon Platoon is made up of the top ten currently online Toons who have rescued the most buildings in a single district of Toontown. Their names and the star they have earned are displayed on the blackboards inside Toon HQ.
To get a star, you have to earn points. One point is earned for each building floor you recover.
