| It's easy to make friends in Toontown. All you need to do is walk up to a Toon and click on them. |
When their detail panel appears, click on the BLUE FRIENDS button. A message will pop up asking if you'd like to make friends with that Toon.
When you click "Yes" that Toon gets a message asking if they'd like to be friends with you. If they say "Yes" too, they'll appear on your Friends List.

All of your friends appear on your Friends List. The All Toon Friends panel lists all of your Toontown friends, by Toon name. The All Player Friends panel lists all of your Disney.com account friends, by D-Name. When your Toontown friends are online, they will appear in the Online Toon Friends panel. When your Disney.com account friends are online, they will appear in the Online Player Friends panel.
