A:In the playground of each Toontown Neighborhood there is a Trolley Station. The Trolley takes you to the Trolley Games, fun games of skill and chance. You can play to win Jelly Beans that you can trade for Gags to use against the Cogs or stash them in your bank in your house for future purchases!
