Q:When will I get my Toontown Welcome Kit and Bi-Monthly Mailers?

A:Please allow 6-8 weeks from the day you purchase and provide us with your mailing address for delivery of your Toontown Welcome Kit. New batches of Welcome Kits are sent out twice a month and bi-monthly newsletters are sent out every other month. These mailers are sent third-class bulk mail in the U.S. and can take a few weeks to get where they are going.
