Q:What if I don't receive my stuff in the mail?

A:If you have not received your Welcome Kit or Bi-Monthly Newsletter and think that you should have, please take the following steps:

1. Confirm that your mailing address is correct in our system: Click on Member Services, then click Member Information to access your mailing information. Clearly label all apartment numbers and make sure to spell your street address and city correctly!
2. Verify that your account settings allow us to send you postal mail. You can check this setting by clicking on Member Services and then clicking Mail Options. Make sure there is not a check mark next to the box labeled "Postal Mail -- I do NOT want to receive my special members-only mailings, which may include collectible trading cards, newsletters, and stickers." If there is a check next to that box, we can't send you mail.
3. Finally, if you move, remember to update your account information by clicking Member Services and then clicking Member Information.
