A:We will do our best to investigate this incident and record it for possible further action. In the meantime you should make sure the offensive Toon is not on your friends list. To remove them, select their name on your friends list, and lick the "Friends" button. Toons that are not on your friends list can be avoided by switching districts, which you can do by going to the District page in your sticker book and clicking on another district name. Toons not on your friends list will not know which district you went to, so you will be difficult if not impossible to follow.

Also please try to bear in mind that young children often play this game. We have heard many anecdotes from players about their children hanging out in the playgrounds and asking everyone they see to be their friends. To some players, making friends IS the game.
