Q:I tried switching Toontown to a high screen resolution and the game crashed; now it refuses to start. What do I do?

A:Click Start->Run, then copy and paste the following text:

"C:\Program Files\Disney\Disney Online\Toontown\Configrc.exe" -lowres -save

When you next start Toontown, it should start at a resolution of 640x480.

To be sure the text is entered accurately, we strongly recommend using the copy/paste function. To use copy/paste, first highlight the text by clicking and dragging the pointer over it. Next, right-click the text and choose "Copy." After doing this, move the cursor to the place you'd like to paste the text into and right-click again. Now choose "Paste."
