I logged into Toontown but all I see is a black screen with a white glove. What should I do?

Q:When I log into Toontown I only see a black screen with a white glove. What do I do?

A:Click Start->Run, then copy and paste the following text:

"C:\Program Files\Disney\Disney Online\Toontown\Configrc.exe" -force_sw_midi -save

Finally, click OK. A black box will appear briefly. This is normal.

Note:To be sure the text is entered accurately, we strongly recommend using the copy/paste function. To use copy/paste, first highlight the text by clicking and dragging the pointer over it. Next, right-click the text and choose "Copy". After doing this, move the cursor to the place you'd like to paste the text into and right-click again. Now choose "Paste".
