Q:I forgot my account name and/or password.

A:Click on the red "Play" button in the navigation bar. Then click on the blue "Forgot Password" button. From there you can give us either your account name or the e-mail address associated with the account name, and the account name and password will be sent to your e-mail account. If you didn't provide an e-mail address when you signed up, you must call customer service.
