A:If you are new to Disney's Toontown Online, log on to your computer whenever you please and begin your membership by creating an account. Choose Cog Bucks on the Membership Options screen and enter the serial number on the back of your Cog Buck certificate.

If you are already a Toontown member, click the "Update Subscription" button on the front page of the Toontown Web site. Log in to your account, then choose Cog Bucks on the Membership Options screen. Enter the serial number on the back of your Cog Buck certificate. This will add a free month of play to your current membership plan.
