Q:I just purchased a Toontown CD-ROM. How do I use my Account Key?

A:If you are new to Disney's Toontown Online, insert the Disney's Toontown Online disc into your CD-ROM drive. Installation should begin on its own within a minute. If it does not, you can start the installation by opening My Computer, double-clicking on the CD-ROM drive where your disc is located, and then double-clicking on the Toontown icon. Follow the instructions given by the setup program to complete the installation. When the installation is finished, you will be taken to the Toontown Web site to set up your account. Follow the instructions and enter the requested information. You will also be prompted for your Toontown Account Key to register your account. The Account Key is printed on a sticker above the disc inside the package. When you return to play Toontown in the future, enter the account name and password you set up to continue playing your characters!

If you already have a Toontown account, go to the front page on the Toontown Web site and click on the "Update Subscription" button located at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the Membership Options page. Select Toontown CD-ROM Account Key to enter your Account Key and add 2 months of game play to your existing account.
