A:No. There is no charge for using an Account Key.

If you already have a Toontown account, go to the front page on the Toontown Web site and click on the "Update Subscription" button located at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the Membership Options page. Select Toontown CD-ROM Account Key to add 2 months of game play to your account.
